Always. A licensed medical doctor is involved in every treatment: whether hands-on, designed by, or closely overseeing the process. This isn’t a beauty bar. It’s medical care delivered gently.

Yes. Beauty isn’t one-size-fits-all, and we’re not here to sell anyone a single idea of what they “should” look like. We work with all skin types, all identities, all kinds of stories.

That’s what the consultation is for. We’ll talk about what you’re hoping for, and whether any treatment is actually a good fit. Sometimes the answer is yes. Sometimes it’s “not yet.” Either way, you won’t be rushed.

Q: Do I need a consultation before treatment?
Yes. Not just for safety, but to make sure the treatment makes sense for where you are right now. We don’t jump straight in.

Q: Can I walk in, or do I need to schedule ahead?
You’re welcome to walk in, but you might have to wait a bit especially on treatment days. Booking ahead helps us give you the time and space you deserve.

Q: Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes, of course. We just ask for a little notice so we can offer the slot to someone else who may need it.
Pricing & Payments.

Q: How much do your services cost?
You can get an idea of our prices by browsing our website for the starting prices for each service. But for final prices, we’ll tell you after the consult, once we know what makes sense for you and the specifics of it all. No vague “starts at” promises at that point and no additional upsells. Just the real numbers for the treatments we agreed on.

Q: Do you offer packages or promos?
Yes. We offer multiple-session discounts for almost all of our services so you don’t have to worry about a new price and payment for each visit.
We also have our Signature Glimmer Journeys that focus on specific goals like maintenance, clarity, or contouring that are usually at better value than single sessions for each service.

Q: What payment options are available?
We accept cash, GCash, and bank transfers for your convenience. We also accept debit or credit cards through our PayPal and PayMongo payment links!
If you have questions about a particular payment method, our team will be happy to guide you.

Q: Do you require a deposit or downpayment?
If you will be availing a package for multiple sessions, you’ll only need the downpayment after your first (so you can get a feel of the procedure before you lock in on more)!
For signature glimmer journeys, we also require a downpayment once the inclusions are finalized and you’re ready to start. It’ll be a 20% downpayment before the start of your journey period, then you can make the rest of the payments gradually over the course of the sessions.
Treatments & Results.

Q: How many sessions will I need to see results?
It depends on the treatment and your body. Some treatments show results quickly, others need a bit of buildup. We’ll give you a realistic idea based on your skin and your goals.

Q: How long do results last?
Nothing lasts forever, and we won’t pretend it does. Some treatments fade gradually, others hold longer. Maintenance may be needed.

Q: Do treatments hurt?
Some are barely noticeable. Others sting a bit. If pain is a concern, we’ll walk you through comfort options: numbing, pacing, pausing.

Q: Can I combine multiple treatments in one visit?
Often, yes as long as it’s medically appropriate. We won’t overdo it just to check things off a list.

Q: Is there any downtime after a procedure?
Some treatments have none. Others may leave redness, swelling, or sensitivity for a few hours to a few days. We’ll tell you clearly, no surprises.

Mild reactions can happen and usually settle on their own. But if anything feels off, just message us. We’ll check in and help guide what’s next.

Q: Where is your clinic located?
We’re in Manila City, specifically in Malate. You can find directions and a pinned map on our contact page or social media.

Q: What are your clinic hours?
Hours may shift, but we’re typically open on weekdays and Saturdays from 9:00AM to 6:00PM. Check our socials for the latest schedule or message us to confirm.
Our doctor also allows earlier or later schedules (8:00AM to 10:00PM, or even Sunday sessions (10:00AM to 2:00PM)! Just message us so we can check her availability and let you know as soon as possible.

Q: Can I bring a companion with me?
Yes, especially if it helps you feel more comfortable. Just one is ideal, since we keep the space calm and quiet. They can join you inside the treatment room or provide support from the reception area. No pressure, just a space for you to be as comfortable as possible.

Q: Do you sell skincare or wellness products?
Our clinic does not sell any products since this is strictly for our doctor’s practice.
We do, however, give recommendations of products and connect our patients to sellers of any hard-to-find skin health products!
